Refunds
All of the product photographs on this website aim to represent the real-life artwork as accurately as possible through the colours and detail in the photographs. Exact size measurements are also listed on each product. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the artwork will be suitable for their interior, this refers to both the style of the artwork and the size. Each artwork is packaged and protected to ensure the safest delivery of each piece. Victoria Williams Art does not offer refunds, and the sale is considered final unless the artwork arrives damaged upon delivery. If your order has arrived damaged, please email Victoria at: info@victoriawilliamsart.com with the details within 24 hours of receiving it, otherwise you will not be entitled to compensation.
