The Process

Here is a step-by-step guide as to how the commission process works.

1. Contact me via email at info@victoriawillaimsart.com to discuss your ideas. I would gladly view example photos and/or the image you would like to have created.

2. Once we have decided on an image, I will quote you an initial price which includes approximate time needed to complete your commission (or whether you have a specific date it needs to be completed by), material costs, complexity and size, and a limited number of alterations. During busy periods there will be an extra charge if the project needs to be completed sooner.

3. Once we have agreed the price, I will require a £50 materials deposit to secure your commission before I begin.

4. I will give you an estimate of when the work will be completed, and make a start on your project! I am happy to provide regular progress updates if you would like.

5. Once the painting is completed, I will arrange for delivery which will be at an additional cost.

6. Is it not until you have received and approved the artwork that the remaining balance including delivery needs to be paid.
